This original was inspired by the beautiful energy of the rose, my Aunt, and its feminine scent - taking me back to my childhood years when I first learned of the smell of the sweetest roses in my Great Aunt’s garden.
As the afternoon sun’s heat radiates through my kitchen window I often think of her and the smell of roses throughout her house and backyard.
